Bay Village Store will issue refunds in the same form of the original payment when the following happen:

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from purchase date.
  2. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in unused condition.
  3. Merchandise must be returned with the original Bay Village Store sales receipt.
Contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not return any purchases unless you receive your RA number. You can contact us by calling Bay Village Store at 1.440.871.5150. Write down the Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) number given to you. Ship prepaid.

Claims, Shortages, Damages

All claims for credits, shortages or damages must be placed within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please retain your original shipping/packing materials when making claims for products damaged in transit.

Personalized,dated,special orders Personalized, dated,special orders are not returnable.

Restocking Fee A 30% re-stocking fee will be assessed. A 30% restocking fee will be added to canceled orders that have already shipped. It is the customers responsibility to contact us for canceled orders. We ship fast. Simply sending an email does not always guarantee cancellation. Please call 440.871.5150. All shipping cost for any returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the wrong merchandise was shipped by bayvillagestore.com or the merchandise was defective. BayVillageStore.com's liability is limited to the refund of your purchase price of your merchandise bought.We are unable to refund your money for Personalized items, gift wrap charges or large special orders.

For your safety, please return your gift with an insured courier service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Bay Village Store is not responsible for your items damaged or lost in transit while returning.

BayVillageStore.com Exchange Policy: Yes, we would be glad to exchange your items for another color, style of another item. Personalized items are not exchangeable or returnable. Simply return your items with your instructions for the exchange, including shipping address, color, style or item description.
